Section A: Regulatory Identity
This website is operated by Chimakurthy Venkatesh, a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Individual Category), SEBI Registration No. INH100006454. All services are provided in accordance with SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014.
Section B: Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC)
1. Research Execution Restriction
The Research Analyst (RA) cannot execute or carry out any trade (purchase/sell transaction) on behalf of the client. Clients are advised not to authorize the RA to execute trades.
2. Fee Limits
Fees charged to individual or HUF clients are subject to SEBI/RAASB-prescribed limits.
- Current cap: ₹1,51,000 per annum per client family.
- Statutory charges are excluded from this cap.
- Limits do not apply to non-individual or accredited investors.
3. Advance Fee Collection
Advance fees, if agreed, shall not exceed one quarter. Upon premature termination, clients are entitled to a proportionate refund for the unexpired period.
4. Payment Modes
Accepted modes: cheque, online transfer, UPI. Cash is not permitted. Clients may optionally use CeFCoM (BSE-managed).
5. Grievance Redressal

6. Security of Credentials
The RA will never ask for login credentials or OTPs for trading, demat, or bank accounts. Clients must never share such information.
Section C: Disclosures
7. Independence of Research
Research is conducted independently without influence from brokers, investment bankers, or promoters. Compensation is not linked to any investment banking or brokerage activity.
8. Conflict of Interest
The RA discloses any actual or potential conflicts of interest in research reports. Ownership and personal trading disclosures are made where applicable.
9. No Return Schemes
Offering assured, guaranteed, or fixed return schemes is prohibited. Clients should report any such claims immediately.
10. No Guarantee of Returns
The RA does not guarantee returns, profits, or accuracy. All projections are based on available data and assumptions at the time of publication.
11. Registration Does Not Guarantee Performance
SEBI registration, RAASB enlistment, or NISM certification does not imply performance assurance or guaranteed returns.

12. Market Risk Disclaimer
Investments based on research are subject to market risks. No assurance of returns is provided. Clients must use their own judgment when acting on research reports.
13. No Investment Advice
